Order Fulfillment & Shipping

Every product in our Store are made-to-order and, in normal circumstances, will be shipped in 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed the following business day.

After every fulfillment, we will send out shipping confirmation email with your receipt, shipping details and a link to track your parcel online to make sure you receive updates along the way. Please note: it can take some time for tracking information to update.

The estimated transit time may vary, typically between 5 to 7 business days after manifested within the Contiguous United States and 7 to 15 business days after manifested for the rest of the world.

We do not guarantee delivery times and they should not be relied upon as such. Unforeseen delays are always a possibility, especially in holidays and peak seasons.

You may owe customs duties, taxes, import fees or any additional charges related to shipment in addition to our shipping rates.

You are responsible for contacting our Customer Service regarding any claims for damaged and/or lost shipments, however, we cannot arrange a free replacement for lost item due to incorrect address designated by customer. It is solely the your responsibility to carefully review the order details before committing payment.

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defect or error on our part will result in a free replacement. We usually do not accept returns due to user error such as choosing the Wrong Size, Style, Color, Address and etc.

30 Day Returns Warranty

Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately.

Your item is eligible for return if at least one or more cases listed below happens:

+ The printed image is not in the center of the shirt.

+ Package received wrongly against the order.

+ Damaged due to delivery: torn, dirty…

+ The order is not in the right size, color or style compared to the order.

HOW MANY DAYS DO CUSTOMERS HAVE TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

You need to email ( hottertees@gmail.com ) a refund request within 7 days from delivery date and a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)

PayPal refunds will be instantly credited back to the PayPal account used for the original payment, but credit card refunds can take up to one billing cycle for the funds to appear back in your account. This can take three to four weeks, though it usually doesn’t take that long.
